Welcome to Nootropic AI. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at nootropic.ai, our mobile applications, and our associated tools, dosage calculators, stack builders, and analysis engines (collectively, the “Services”).

Please read these Terms carefully. By registering an account, logging data, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

1. User Eligibility & Accounts

To use the Services, you must represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age. The Services are not intended for minors under any circumstances.
• You will create only one account and will not register under false names or credentials.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You will notify us immediately at support@nootropic.ai if you suspect any unauthorized access or breach of security.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access our platform for personal, non-commercial self-experimentation. You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to promote harmful, hazardous, or illegal compounds.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or reverse engineer any security filters, subscription walls, or database endpoints.
• Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or indexers to harvest proprietary database schemas, article directories, or other user profiles.
• Input false data, manipulate cognitive test scores (e.g., through click bots or scripts) to artificially alter community leaderboards, or spam public discussions/comments.

3. Pro Subscription & Billing

We offer free standard tools alongside a premium subscription (“Pro Plan”) which unlocks advanced AI insights, wearable tracking integrations, and detailed historical trends:

• Billing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By upgrading to Pro, you authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring monthly or annual fees.
• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings. Cancellation will stop future billing, and you will retain Pro access until the end of your current paid period.
• Refunds: Refunds are processed at our sole discretion unless required by local law.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and all materials, including but not limited to the cognitive baseline tests, custom calculators, stack builder interfaces, UI designs, branding, logo, copywriting, source code, and curated supplement interaction database, are the exclusive property of Nootropic AI, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other proprietary laws.

You may not replicate, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our calculators or content without our express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NOOTROPIC AI, INC., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF HEALTH, PERSONAL INJURY, MEDICAL BILLS, DATA LOSS, LOSS OF USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICES.
• ANY DECISION, SUPPLEMENT PROTOCOL, OR DOSAGE CALCULATION DERIVED FROM USING OUR CALCULATORS, ADVISORS, OR GUIDES.
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, ALTERATION, OR THEFT OF YOUR ACCOUNT DATA.
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO NOOTROPIC AI IN THE PAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nootropic AI, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected to your access or use of the Services, your supplement consumption behaviors, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, delete your account, and remove your data at any time, without notice, for any reason—including if we believe you are violating these Terms, abusing the system, or exposing us to regulatory risk.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, liability limits, disclaimers, and indemnity) shall survive.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material modifications, we will publish the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes are posted constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
