Like racetams, it increases acetylcholine turnover in key cognitive circuits. Alpha-GPC provides highly bioavailable choline, preventing the 'nootropic headache' from acetylcholine depletion. The combination enhances learning, memory encoding, and neuroprotection.
Recommendation
Classic combination. Typical ratio: 10–30mg Noopept with 150–300mg Alpha-GPC. Cycle Noopept (5 days on, 2 days off, or 1 month on, 1 week off) to prevent tolerance.
